Account Managers are responsible for administering trust accounts for minors and adults that have funded as a result of a legal judgment or settlement. 

You will work with beneficiaries and their families and assist in managing the trust in a responsible and professional manner. You will develop a one on one relationship with your clients and develop spending plans, manage expectations, and to connect the clients and their families with resources that may be available to them. 

You will need to be detail oriented and able to review trust instruments, including Special Needs Trusts and irrevocable estate planning trusts, to ensure they are administered according to the terms of the trust. 

There may be limited travel required to visit clients or to attend relevant attorney meetings or hearings. 

 

Qualifications for this position: 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Ability to be organized and detailed while meeting deadlines 
• Excellent client relationship skills

 

Preferred Experience:

• Nursing, Legal or Social work background
• Finance or banking experience
• Organizational and Planning skills

 

This is a remote position.

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
