Deloitte Technology-US Media and Communications, as part of the DT-US Office of the CIO, is seeking a skillful, collaborative Multi-Media Specialist who can manage multiple concurrent projects independently, carry a strong executive presence, assist and collaborate on video and multimedia production and produce effective and professional media deliverables across DT-US and the broader Deloitte enterprise.
Work you’ll do
- Collaborate with media team leader to organize and maintain video and photography production equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting appliances, grip gear, etc.
- Assist with management and operations of Hermitage media studio, equipment and facilities.
- Organize and manage the archiving and cataloging of media assets including video footage, interview transcripts, still photography, motion graphic projects, etc.
- Manage video projects from concept to completion, including gathering of requirements from internal clients, executing on scripts and storyboards to produce and generate media assets, edit and organize assets into delivery formats, curate feedback and integrate notes and suggestions into final deliverable
- Assist with media team productions in the Hermitage office as well as on-location across Deloitte locations, in particular assisting with grip and lighting equipment set-up, storage, transport to and from work locations
- Facilitate the various pre-production and production details needed for success. Including travel and equipment logistics, collaboration with on-site teams, building management, etc.
- Continually review and update best practices for media productions and stay current with new equipment, design trends, software applications. Manage on-boarding and risk review of new vendor software platforms
- Build and maintain strong executive presence with DT-US leadership and Deloitte executives.
- Collaborate with teams across DT-US and align with Deloitte’s media, marketing, and internal communications teams across the enterprise.
- Manage multi-faceted projects, including coordinating and managing several projects simultaneously.
- Respond to and follow-up with requests and questions, making important connections as needed for our internal clients and colleagues.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working within Audio Visual Production Design & post-production or 3 years with an advanced degree
- 3+ years working hands on with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Adobe Premiere Pro
- 1+ year working knowledge of basic lighting and grip equipment for still photography and video production as well as a general knowledge of camera set up, lenses, audio recording equipment
- Ability to travel 0-35%, on average, with some overtime and/or weekends required, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
