As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be a key player in our team, using your skills and experience in:
· Data analytics and visualization. If you've got experience in SQL (4-6 years), Tableau (2-4 years), and Python (1-3 years) that's a big plus!
· Advanced Analytics. Are you familiar with regression models and predicting based on historical data?
· Collaborative, cross-functional leadership and influence. We love team players!
· Analytical aptitude: Can you look at data and tell a compelling story? We need you!
· Project management. Keeping things on track is crucial.

Job Functions:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to:
· Dive into Advanced Analytics: You'll investigate key drivers of transportation dynamic optimization and data quality. You'll work with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct ad hoc “back of the envelope” analyses to quickly inform critical business decisions. Plus, you'll develop data visualization to monitor and quantify the impact of changes and unique business challenges.
· Build Partnerships and Collaborate: You'll engage with team members and cross-functional teams on a periodic basis and establish credibility. You'll analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to share relevant information.
· Work with Data and Data Processing: You'll leverage data analysis tools to explore and process complex data. You'll develop and test hypotheses, use data to influence strategic work, and build and present insights.
· Drive Continuous Improvement: You'll seek to implement ideas for process improvement for the group by leveraging lean manufacturing principles, time studies, and collaborative efforts with operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
We're looking for someone who:
· Has a Bachelor's degree in data and analytics or related field
· Understands transportation or supply chain, whether in a Retail, ecommerce environment, or similar industries
· Is a problem solver and creative thinker: Can you find the best solution that will work in days, instead of the perfect one that requires weeks?
· Learns and adapts quickly and is excellent at working on multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
· Has excellent general analytical and data processing skills.
· Is customer-centric in spirit and in execution.
· Understands Tableau, Tableau prep, SQL and Python
