Job Description

The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) provides the aftermarket and repair shops worldwide with modern diagnostic and repair shop equipment and a wide range of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. About 16,000 associates, as well as a global logistics network, ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA supplies testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services. In addition, the division is responsible for the “Bosch Car Service” repair-shop franchise, one of the world’s largest independent chains of repair-shops.

The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years.

• Master data is your passion and you know the importance of it. You will be part of a dynamic team that creates Business Value with material master and product data.
• With your expertise in data and processes you develop compelling concepts to support our business in creating high standards, clear rule sets and drive automation.
• You are part of a motivated team within the Product Master Data & Lifecycle Management department that focuses on creating standardized but nevertheless fast and scalable solutions using agile methods. You align and coordinate activities with central departments as well as divers MA Stakeholders and ensure that solutions fit to business needs.
• In additional to these tasks, you develop customer-oriented solutions worldwide with internal and external partners with focus on data. You will create Business Impact based on data by driving implementations & execution, automation and digitalization.
• Also, you want to understand and analyze data in respect to business needs and value. You perceive the future as a chance to learn and improve.
• Finally, you are asked to implement reliable data concepts to improve effectiveness in a digital business environment and therefore drive the topic from strategic idea till successful daily business.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university degree (Masters/Diploma/PhD) in information technology, computer science, economics or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of E2E master data management and architecture including downstream process steering; experience with VSDIA and SAP Product Master Data and ERP-Systems; cross functional know-how (controlling, production, logistic and marketing) is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: You are a strong team player and drive collaboration with colleagues; You have strong communication, consulting, and presentation skills for the creation of business concepts with the ability to create clear and compelling lines of argument and storylines with focus on solution and execution; Your strengths include analytical skills and the ability to work agile and result-oriented; You are intercultural and open-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset; You have a structured, self-organized, solution- and quality oriented and proactive way of working
• Enthusiasm: You have passion for master data management and strong interest in steering the business together with different stakeholders and their demands
• Languages: very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
