Staff Accountant

Accounting includes work across multiple areas of Accounting.

Your tasks

• Assist Finance Department with monthly closes, annual audit preparation and reconciliations.
• Assists Finance Department with comprehensive audit review of New Business relate Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Verify PO goods receipt postings and delivery of sales orders to release for invoicing.
• Gross profit analysis on all New Business orders and maintain Gross Profit spreadsheet.
• Assist with Fixed Asset Management/Addition & Disposal of assets/FAS backup.
• Assist with preparation of reports for regulatory agencies.
• Assists with GSA audit and reports GSA activity.
• Acts as a Corporate liaison between dealers and Corporate Sales department for payment of installations and commission fees.
• Prepares Marketing Show Expense summaries.
• Reconciliation of bank statements and daily cash reconciliation.
• Support AP as needed.
• Performs all other tasks as assigned.
