Instructional Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging training materials and courses for our federal customer. The role involves developing training modules, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides to support a full spectrum employee, customer, user experience initiative.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials and courses.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives.
• Implement a Supervisor Development Program.
• Support the development of training materials for various employee experience initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in training and instructional design.
• Proficient in designing and developing engaging learning materials and courses.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with CX/UX training programs and familiarity with its learning management systems is preferred.

 

Salary Range: $92,000-112,000 per year
