More than 1,000 insurers worldwide trust our combination of advisory insight and advanced software to help them navigate complexity and drive sustainable growth.</p><p>Joining Endava, you'll work exclusively with WTW to help embed AI-enabled engineering practices, modern ways of working and deep insurance technology expertise, contributing to the next generation of products and services for insurers worldwide. Working as part of a dedicated team established through a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, you'll collaborate closely with WTW while building your career as an Endava employee, supporting the long-term success of this strategic partnership.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>In this role, you will play a key role in the modernisation and evolution of a strategic, business-critical cloud platform. This platform executes large-scale insurance modelling workloads across the organisation, dynamically provisions Azure compute resources, supports computationally intensive jobs submitted by multiple business applications and provides a shared cloud platform for analytical services.</p><p>The role combines hands-on technical leadership with coaching, mentoring and strategic influence. You will influence architecture, engineering practices, cloud adoption and developer experience while contributing to the replacement of legacy technologies, the rebuilding of UI portals, the modernisation of backend services, the adoption of Infrastructure as Code, the migration of workloads to Azure Container Apps and improvements to deployment automation and operational resilience.</p><p>You will work closely with architects, product teams, platform engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native services, establish engineering excellence and transform the platform into a modern Azure-native capability while gaining deep knowledge of cloud platform engineering and distributed systems.
