Who are we looking for?

Our immigration compliance team located in Prague, Czech Republic, is seeking for a part-time Immigration Assistant.

What will be your daily routine?

Vialto Partners navigate clients through complex governmental regulations and rapidly changing immigration laws and helps foreign workers and their family members in fulfilling their legal obligations towards the immigration and labor authorities. You will provide administrative support to the immigration compliance team, accompany clients to the immigration authorities and assist them with all formalities related to the legalization of their residence and employment in the Czech Republic.

Qualifications

Preferred qualification:

• Preferably University student of 2nd year (other candidates are welcomed as well)
• Native speaker / Proficiency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Interested in long-term cooperation, available for minimum 20 hours per week
• Flexible time- wise, with ability to react quickly to changes in schedule during the working day
• Pleasant attitude and willingness to deal directly with authorities and clients
• Focused on detail
• Natural assertiveness
• Ability to start immediately
