Project Financial Senior Analyst (work from home)

THIS WILL BE YOUR TEAM:

We’re a team of finance professionals based in Holešovice, Prague, who genuinely enjoy working with numbers and everything that comes with them. We manage projects worth up to tens of millions of euros and communicate daily with senior managers from Accenture offices around the world.

We work hard when it’s needed – for example during quarterly closings – but we also know how to enjoy time together outside of work. In our world of finance, there’s always room for improvement, innovation, and automation, so boredom is not an option. Accenture is constantly evolving, and we evolve with it. Thanks to modern technology, we can also work from home several days a week.

WHAT WILL YOUR JOB INVOLVE?

Our team provides financial support for Accenture’s client projects around the world. We manage the full financial lifecycle – from initial pricing, cost estimation, system setup, monthly reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis, all the way to project closure.

At every step, we make sure projects meet internal controls and accounting standards. We are a trusted partner to project managers – we help them understand the financial status of their projects, identify trends, and suggest ways to improve profitability.

It’s not just about the numbers – it’s about understanding and communicating the story behind them.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• You have a completed university degree (at least a Bachelor's) and a desire to keep growing professionally.
• You have relevant Finance experience
• You enjoy working with numbers, think logically, and have good common sense.
• You can communicate comfortably in English – both spoken and written.
• You pay attention to detail and care about accuracy.
• You’re confident working in Excel – you know the basics and like finding smart solutions.
