About the role
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exemplary client service? Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty in Natick, MA, is currently seeking a full-time AND part-time Client Care Specialist to join our dedicated team.
Compensation:
- $18 - $20 pending knowledge & experience
- Part Time: Thursday-Saturday 10a-6p
About the Role:
As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency department while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
- Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Communication Expertise: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
