Now Hiring a Treasury Accountant!

Ability to reconcile, maintain, and track large quantities of treasury deposit data between the company’s bank accounts and billing subledger daily for 150 locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Download banking raw data and billing reports daily into complex Excel spreadsheets.
• Reconcile the bank data to the billing data - ability to interpret & analyze the reconciling items such as (deposits in transit, outstanding checks, and other items).
• Ability to understand various types of deposits posted with lag times
• Work with clinic location managers and upper management to report variances when necessary.

Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
• Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
• Power Query experience needed
• Excellent time management skills – the ideal candidate should be able to prioritize and meet month end deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
