Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Operations Data Administrative Specialist. The Operations Data Administrative Specialist will support the Global Data and Compliance Manager with administrative management tasks associated with operations and quality assurance of a designated portfolio. The Operations Data Administrative Specialist is responsible for strengthening procedural mechanisms of the fleet associated with client services as well as promote administration guidelines and compliance deliverables involving independent assigned client sites with AUS fleet.

 

Salary: $60,000 / Year 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process, distribute, monitor data files with guidance involving daily activity and contractual metrics
  • Review daily activity files for proper data entrance; resolve inaccuracies prior to completion
  • Work with contractual metrics for assistance in monitoring timely entry as needed for fleet auditing and reporting
  • Work with open communication across fleet to ensure local sites teams are following operations administration procedures as required, including internal onboarding process
  • Establish and implement new operation administration processes
  • Work with Global Manager to ensure KPIs, SLAs are accurate and precise for required reports; conduct internal review and locate opportunities to ensure deficiencies are not repeated; provide expert-level guidance on performance improvement measures
  • Lead special projects as needed regarding administration, contractual data, compliance, and risk; delegate tasks, manage deadlines; review and work product of others as needed
  • Maintain positive working relationships to ensure successful client services
  • Manage global training matrix; ensure compliance with customer licensing and certification requirements; develop and implement training leadership dashboard tool

GENERAL PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:The Operations Specialist is responsible for a multitude of security operations functions. The position supports primarily investigations at the client site to include trend tracking, metrics, data collection / analysis, and interviews.

The position supports emergency response, dignitary visits, and other functions of security in support of the client. This role will require the chosen individual to maintain flexible schedules, and will require the individual to be on call during nights & weekends as business needs arise, and work with minimal or no supervision for extended periods of time.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BE HIRED:Formal Education, Licenses and Certifications Required:

   • Must be able to pass any state required training or other qualifications for licensing

 

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:   • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in security, law enforcement, or other protective      service related field   • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory/management experience   • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience conducting complex investigations and utilizing risk mitigation tactics and strategies   • Experience with OSINT, OSINT related tools, platforms, and services

 

OTHER RELATED ATTRIBUTES THAT WOULD ENHANCE HIRING CONSIDERATION:  • Associate’s Degree in criminal justice, science, or statistical discipline  • Prior experience as a security/law enforcement intelligence analyst or detective  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of quality assurance and/or compliance related work experience
  • Technology skills with ability to work successfully with computer and Smartphone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
