Job Description
Job Summary: Do you have a scientific bachelor's degree and a passion for teaching others? Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking an entry level technical training specialist to support the onboarding and technical training of new and existing employees. This individual would ideally have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate technical skills to others.
- Assess the training and development needs of employees
- Provide technical laboratory skills training to new and existing employees
- Coordinate administration for trainings as needed (i.e., room setup, memos and confirmations, ordering supplies)
- Provide technical input for the creation and revision of training modules
- Coach and evaluate new employees on their technical training performance via review of their data, practice assignments, and one on one feedback
- Investigate and make recommendations for the computerization of existing systems and processes
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Regular attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or other relevant science related field
- Problem-solving skills, good judgement and versatility in dealing with people
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, long-range thinking, ability to move a concept or idea through to reality, self motivation, organizational abilities
- Effective written and oral communication, work independently, cooperative and pleasant attitude with clients and coworkers, high degree of flexibility
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
- Prior teaching or facilitating experience.

Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
