Vince Camuto DESIGN Team Intern - IMMEDIATE START (NYC)

Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names, such as Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state and Parker.

Reports to:  Assistant Designer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of a design team

• Update presentation and sketch boards

• Exposure to creating and updating tech packs
• Maintaining fabric and trim library
• Observe the development process from tech pack to showroom sample to bulk production
• Organizing and prepping showrooms and showroom samples
• Assist in overall office organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design required
• Must be able to commit to at least 3 days a week
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Please note this is an internship role offering an hourly rate of $16/hour.
