Summary of Duties

Maintain strict privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards.

Position Description

The Player Development Manager is responsible to successfully acquire and retain casino guests by providing superior guest service both inside and outside the venue, along with the effective use of complementary services. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Develop and implement strategies for the Player Development program, focusing on sustainable guest acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and maintain all casino marketing systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of guest offers and data.
  • Supervise Executive Casino Hosts, setting clear goals, targets, and assignments, and regularly evaluating performance.
  • Oversee guest assignments to hosts, conduct daily and weekly analysis.
  • Lead the hiring, training, coaching, and overall direction of the Player Development team, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality of all guest information. 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements

  

Education/Qualifications 

· Must be at least 21 years old. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing industry. Any combination of education and/or relevant experience totaling seven (7) years may also be considered.
  • Supervisory experience in player development or high-end guest service roles is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends and holidays

Licensing

· Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License

Work Requirements 

Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 30 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
