Join Our Global AP Payments Team!

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? Our AP Payments Team ensures smooth and accurate disbursements across EMEA, US, Australia, and Brazil—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join us!

What You’ll Do:

• Own the payment process: Execute supplier payments, intercompany transfers, government taxes, commissions, and more—always in line with company policies and timelines. 
• Support employees: Handle T&E reimbursements and manual payments for CITI Cards. 
• Keep the books balanced: Perform bank statement reconciliations and SAP postings for outgoing/incoming vendor funds. 
• Solve problems fast: Manage payment issues, returns, and updated bank instructions. 
• Forecast & analyze: Prepare AP cash flow forecasts and provide insightful payment analysis. 
• Drive compliance: Maintain SOX and Treasury controls, support audits, and ensure proper documentation. 
• Improve processes: Create and update SOPs, contribute to projects, and deliver ad-hoc reports.

What We Need:

• Experience: minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and treasury processes
• Skills: Computer skills, including experience with SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office. Ability to operate in various banking systems.
