Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Finance team has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Financial Analyst supporting BGS-G F-22 program located in Berkeley, Missouri (Saint Louis area). This position supports the Modernization and development contracts with in the F-22 portfolio.

The Boeing Global organization is responsible for the company’s international strategy and corporate operations outside the U.S., overseeing 18 regional offices in key global markets. The organization develops the company’s growth and productivity initiatives outside the U.S., forming new business and industrial partnerships, overseeing international affairs, enhancing Boeing’s local presence and providing global functional support.

Our team is looking for an experienced finance analyst that will work closely with our Control Account Managers (CAMs), Schedulers, and program Leadership Team utilizing the Earned Value Management (EVM) framework. The successful candidate will also be involved in our quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) process.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs general analysis of resource forecasts and/or control account Estimates at Completion (EACs); financial EACs

  • Reconciles data from multiple sources and performs general support of: resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts programs

  • Extracts data and compiles Contact Data Requirements List (CDRLs) for customer reporting on full Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) efforts

  • Develops and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses

  • Assists in developing Forecast and Long Range Business Plan

  • Uses analysis of EACs and performance to help inform and develop Opportunities and Risks

  • Develops working relationship with Lockheed Martin counterparts for customer reporting, EACs, funding and Team reporting

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field

  • 1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or Estimates at Complete (EAC)

  • 1+ years of experience in Finance or related technical business field

  • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting

  • Experience with labor cost analysis

  • Experience developing EAC’s, forecasting, and developing long range business plans

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Excel application, including formulas, Vlookups, pivot tables, charts, filters

  • Experience with Cost Schedule Performance Reporting (CSPR) and EVM reporting 

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
