Description

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Pediatric Psychology. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Applicants must have completed an accredited predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric or child clinical psychology. Licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Pennsylvania is required prior to beginning the position.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching and training activities through our APA-accredited clinical child psychology internship training program, as well as with psychology and psychiatry trainees at various levels of training.

Clinical responsibilities may include assessment, consultation and treatment services to children and families with acute and/or chronic illnesses across inpatient and outpatient settings, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
