Specialized experience is overseeing teams responsible for the management of projects to deliver strategic national programs or initiatives. This experience must include: Planning, directing and advising others in applying project management policies and procedures to achieve organizational and programmatic goals, Advising diverse organizational representatives on issues involving the application or tailoring of program management methods and procedures, and Working on complex national programs or cross-agency strategic initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, and in two or more of the following program areas: Client/Stakeholder Relationships; Cost and Schedule Management Analysis for Programs; Program Management and Team Leadership; or Construction Management
