Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Verification Support Technician to join our team in Rochester, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our engineering projects through rigorous verification processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct engineering verification tests and analyze results to ensure product compliance with specifications and standards
- Operate and maintain various test equipment and tools used in the verification process
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from verification tests, presenting findings in clear and concise reports
- Assist in developing and improving verification procedures and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- Document test results, maintain accurate records, and contribute to technical documentation
- Identify and report potential product defects or areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations relevant to engineering verification
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Prior experience in engineering verification or a related technical role
- Proficiency in using engineering verification tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Experience operating various test equipment and instruments ( ex. analyzer, ossiloscope)
SKILLS:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong technical documentation and report writing abilities
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
