Salary/Position Classification
- $14.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizing and archiving as-built drawings, specifications, operation and maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures, and other documents
- Organize files, scan in documents, and assist with any other office clerical work as needed
- Assist in the data collection and archiving of preventative maintenance programs
- Creating, researching, reviewing, and editing technical drawings
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and databases in Microsoft programs
- Gather equipment inventory information from the field and existing records, assist Plumbing supervisor in creating effective file scheme.
- Assist journeyman plumbers in the repair and replacement of all plumbing responsibilities
- Deliver parts to Plumbing technicians in the field
- Assist the Plumbing Supervisor with organizing and cleaning of the shop

Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
- Must be able to communicate effectively, work independently and have good organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
- Successful completion of Criminal History Background Check
