Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Central POC for business and technical teams
• Responsible to coordinate and provide leadership to the Managed Sevices and FTE resources
• Managed Services FICO, BASIS, CPI, ABAP, Security,
• FTE Ariba, Concur, BA. Code release coordinator
• Should have SAP project management experience i.e. SAP Functional knowledge a must
• Responsible to manage daily production call at 7.30 am EST with offshore resources (SAP AMS, overnight support)
• Should run the daily production call and triage the production issues ( L1 , L2, L3)
• Assign the L1 and L2 ticket to the SAP AMS team members and track there progression on daily basis.
• Represent the Production support team in the L3 (project meeting to review the L3 issue and handover to the L3 team for resolution).
• Conduct L1 and L2 resolution meeting thru the date to resolve the open item and remediation.
• Production issues are high priority and need immediate auctioning and remediation (SAP PM for AMS is responsible to address these issues and escalate to me as appropriate action needed)
• SAP PM for AMS team is responsible for the weekly production issue status report
• SAP PM responsible to manage the tickets in JIRA and SNOW
• Maintain the relationship with SAP HEC team for weekly status of the infrastructure update
• Responsible for daily production report submission to business and technical users (8.00 am EST need to review the status and take action if any issues).
• Responsible to manage the code release and indexing in confluence and SAP solman.
• Responsible to represent the SAP project support team in the CAB meeting if code release is required.

Qualifications

Qualification:

• 5+ years of Project management experience (good if PMP but not required)
• Prior experience handing production support teams
• SAP S4 knowledge is must
• MBA or business background would be good but not required
• People management skill is must
• Conflict resolution skill is must

The salary range for this role is US$85,000 - US$145,000
