The Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG) at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and communication assistance to its Faculty Co-Directors, Professors Katy Milkman and Angela Duckworth and Executive Director.

Job Description

As the the Administrative Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling meetings, calendar and email management.
  • Screening and coordinating media opportunities and responding to emails from individuals who reach out with requests or questions.
  • Managing receipts and ordering, including placing orders for needed materials and submitting receipts and reimbursements.

The anticipated time commitment would be 35 hours a week.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and 5 to 7 years of experience required; Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. The id
