Summary of Job Duties:

This position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of all in-house projects related to the Patient Access Department. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and organizational leadership to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and apply PMI standards to lead projects effectively and efficiently. The Project Manager will report to and collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Patient Access, and will work closely with external teams, patient access operations, and UAMS leadership to ensure seamless integration of Patient Access operations within the designated areas.

• BS or BA in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of project management experience
