Job Description

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol Driver in Pryor, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols and help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence. You will monitor assigned areas, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving position where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a people-first, agile, and innovative team environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to company protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.
• Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Complete required documentation and reports related to patrols, incidents, and observations during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
