Mgr, Patient Billing Call Center Operations

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will become an expert in Natera’s billing and invoicing service offerings.

Help onboard and allocate agent resources.

You will become an expert in both the Billing Call Center and Natera’s own dialer systems including IVR design.

Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).

Cross collaborate with other BUs to develop billing support and outreach strategies Hold accountable offshore leadership’s management of the call center performance.

Perform other duties as assigned. 

This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. 

Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.

Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred

Experience in Call Center Operations (minimum of 5 years)

Key experience with managing the day-to-day activities of the inbound and outbound billing team with patient and field sales support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically

Emphasis on competitive analysis and team first attitude.

Ability to relate and educate our billing offerings to potential patients and internal agents

Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively

Must act with a sense of urgency

Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)   #LI-SD1

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$84,900—$106,100 USD
