RN, Registered Nurse | OB/GYN Clinic – Onalaska

Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Full-time, 0.9 FTE (72 hours per two weeks)
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with one rotating day off per two-week pay period
No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations

This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about women’s health, values teamwork, and wants to build meaningful relationships with patients in a supportive, clinic-based setting—all while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule in the beautiful Coulee Region.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Obstetrics, Gynecology, and GYN-Urology.

  • Support patients through MyCare messaging, phone triage, clinic education appointments, new OB visits, and clinic procedures, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and respected.

  • Occasionally provide pre-planned cross-coverage support for OB/GYN services in Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI.

  • Join a collaborative team of ~10 experienced RNs in a highly engaged and supportive clinic environment.

  • Contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.

What You’ll Need

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (required).

  • RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire; Minnesota RN license required within 90 days of hire.

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in OB/GYN, women’s health, or procedural settings.

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, a proactive mindset, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care.
