The Job:
As Lead System Analyst, IT Manufacturing, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology Team, working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenge.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done
- Works with Architects, Developers and various teams to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
- Conducts business process analyses, system assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
- Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in manufacturing facilities in timely manner.
- Creates, reviews, and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training.
- Oversees System Integration ( SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met for projects & enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest manufacturing information technology trends and technologies.
- Work with software providers, IT managed service providers and business to architect, design deliver and maintain manufacturing IT software
The Person:

- At least 10 yrs. of experience with strong knowledge of IT Manufacturing processes & Shopfloor applications
- Experience in writing, reading, and troubleshooting Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Experience with system configuration using HighJump's Advantage Architect and WebWise Page Editor highly preferred.
- Experience with.NET and HTML5
- Exposure to networking tools, Windows operating systems, and database management system
- Knowledge in MES systems.
- Knowledge of API testing tools(Postman, SOPAPUI, Swagger)-Preferred
- Knowledge in Computer Networking, Firewalls, Security Architecture, ISA95 are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
