The Job:  

As Lead System Analyst, IT Manufacturing, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology Team, working as a hybrid employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenge.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done
• Works with Architects, Developers  and various teams to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
• Conducts business process analyses, system assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in manufacturing facilities in timely manner.
• Creates, reviews, and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training.
• Oversees System Integration ( SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met for projects & enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest manufacturing information technology trends and technologies.
• Work with software providers, IT managed service providers and business to architect, design deliver and maintain manufacturing IT software

The Person:

• At least 10 yrs. of experience with strong knowledge of IT Manufacturing processes & Shopfloor applications
• Experience in writing, reading, and troubleshooting Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Experience with system configuration using HighJump's Advantage Architect and WebWise Page Editor highly preferred.
• Experience with.NET and HTML5
• Exposure to networking tools, Windows operating systems, and database management system
• Knowledge in MES systems.
• Knowledge of API testing tools(Postman, SOPAPUI, Swagger)-Preferred
• Knowledge in Computer Networking, Firewalls, Security Architecture, ISA95 are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
