We're seeking a dynamic manager to lead our Sales Onboarding Program and Process and Tools initiatives. Essential Job Functions

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages a diverse team of training professionals, including instructors, program managers, project managers, and content developers, fostering an environment that promotes inclusivity, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Develops and executes the overall strategy for sales onboarding programs, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with our key initiatives and sales performance goals.
  • Manages budget, forecasts, and reconciliation for the department, ensuring efficient use of resources and demonstrating ROI of training initiatives.
  • Oversees the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive onboarding programs and sales enablement tools trainings, driving continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborates with SMEs in relevant groups to ensure training programs meet evolving business needs and support overall company strategy.
  • Ensures client satisfaction of training outcomes through deep knowledge of the business, systems, and processes, effectively translating stakeholder needs into actionable training solutions.
  • Drives the adoption and integration of new technologies and methodologies in sales training and onboarding processes, keeping the organization at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding and training effectiveness, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Manages vendor relationships and partnerships related to training content, tools, and technologies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, championing the importance of effective onboarding and ongoing skill development.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all training and onboarding activities.
  • Represents the department in cross-functional initiatives and projects, advocating for the strategic importance of sales enablement and onboarding excellence.
