Sr. Compensation Analyst-Remote
Sun Chemical is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our corporate Compensation team, the ideal candidate will be able to come to our office in Parsippany, NJ as needed for meetings.
The Sr. Compensation Analyst will serve as the project and area lead in the design, development and administration of compensation and incentive programs for the company – the areas of concentration will be cross border North & South America (U.S., Canada, and Latin America), Europe, Middle East, Africa, and China.
Responsibilities:
• Refining and enhancing the Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy on an annual basis, working with Compensation colleagues and management to review the value proposition, analyze the rewards strategy and make recommendations and adjustments, as necessary.
• Designing and administering the annual compensation program, this includes salary administration (market-based job analysis), policies and procedures, structure comparison with the market and internal comparators working closely with the Human Resources Representatives.
• Develop and guide communications and the annual processes working with other colleagues within Total Rewards and Talent Management. Work within a defined global architecture grounded in market practices, assimilate new businesses and acquisitions as needed.
• Design, develop and administer incentive plans, with emphasis on sales incentive plans, and goal and gain sharing programs for the Manufacturing environments.
• Working with the Benefits staff and HR staff, design and develop the strategy regarding union negotiations and works councils within certain business markets - internal and external benchmarking, policy review, presentations to HR and management, as necessary.
• Develop scorecards regarding risk/reward performance, metrics on turnover, time to fill, analysis of incentive plans, participate in various salary surveys for selective businesses.
• Monitor overall programs regarding adherence to internal policies and external compliance legislation (e.g., FLSA, Pay Equity, local market laws, work councils, etc.)
