Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team, reporting to the Director of Operations. The primary aim of the role is to support our US based clients, namely in PCI DSS and ISO 27001 assurance activities.
The ideal candidate will understand project management themes and principals, in additional to, experience of auditing or cyber security.
The role requires candidates to be comfortable working at pace, in an agile fashion to set/meet project tolerances to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and attending client meetings/workshops tracking actions and making comprehensive minutes for distribution.
- Being the client’s primary point of contact.
- Developing successful client relationships.
- Understanding and addressing client needs.
- Effectively communicating project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Developing internal feedback loops on project success.
- Coordinate tasks with various internal and external parties through to completion.

- Good understanding of Project Management concepts and methodologies.
