BHMG Behavioral Health - Work-from-Home

Therapist (LCSW/LPCC) will work with Occupational Medicine to develop partnerships with companies seeking behavioral health services for their employees. Will require travel to different locations, likely in the Kentuckiana area. Kentucky and Indiana license preferred. Therapist will provide educational sessions and referrals to appropriate level of care.

The LCSW/LPCC provides clinical services to patients regarding their mental health needs. This includes psychosocial assessments and utilizing individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassesses treatment plans appropriately. Part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical services in an outpatient setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted LCSW/LPCC license in the state/s of practice.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
