<p><span><span><span><b>How you make an impact</b></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>You will work in the Marine Installation Engineering group as a senior or specialist engineer and assigned to a multidiscipline project team as a Marine Engineering Lead or Engineering Manager focusing on Marine Installation activities.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Your team will consist of engineers within the disciplines Cable Installation, Survey and Protection.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>You will be responsible for the deliverables from your team such as:</span></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Procedures and Analysis</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Specifications for equipment and services.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Planning and scheduling of marine operations</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Internal and external packages.</span></span></span></li>
</ul>

<li><span><span><span>You will interface regularly with client on technical matters.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>You will also participate in developing and be responsible for technical solutions relevant in the department.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Our engineers normally follow their projects from start to finish, including doing the engineering work and following up the work offshore.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Lastly, you will make a solid impact by participating in Quality and HSE activities internally.</span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><span><span><span><b>Your starting point when you join</b></span></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span>Higher technical education from college or university (bachelor / master's degree) and / or other relevant work experience.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Minimum 5 years relevant experience from project driven business, experience from offshore installation or subsea operations is a plus.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Enjoy to lead and work in project teams but also independently.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Structured and accurate mindset.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Creative and has an analytical and solution-oriented approach to challenges.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Like to seek more knowledge within your own discipline area and other interface areas.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Experience with Installation analyses is a plus.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span>Excellent English language skills – Norwegian is a plus.</span></span></span></li>
