Mechanical Assembly Operator Temporary 1st Shift

Job Description:

Pentair has a job opportunity for you! 

Join us as a Temporary Mechanical Assembly Operator on our 1st shift in our New Brighton, MN facility. 

You will assemble all components of pumps per bill of material, test the assembly to documented specifications and properly package the product.

More details about the opportunity: 

• Responsible for assembling components, and testing the assembly to the documented specifications and packing products 
• Prior mechanical assembly experience is preferred 
• Support and promote 5S in the workplace 
• Willingly contributes to the development of better methods and increased daily output of production.
• Offers ideas and suggestions for improving our Safety and Health (AWAIR) programs 

Position hours/shift: 

• 1st shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm Monday - Thursday 

Physical Requirements: 

Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
