The position refers to the Head of Engineering.</p> <p>The successful candidate will work along our Technical Project Managers, security engineers and Management team to effectively deliver cybersecurity trainings to CENSUS staff and clients.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and deliver on a timely manner Training Courses, with focus in Secure Development and Information Security topics</li> <li>Organize training delivery so that it enables staff up-skilling and high customer satisfaction</li> <li>Update Training schedules and material, taking feedback from CENSUS engineers and clients</li> <li>Organize, run and be the point of contact for the CENSUS onboarding education &amp; lifelong learning program</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in Information Security (working experience or related university diploma)</li> <li>Three years teaching experience of any type (lab assistant, seminar instructor, internal / corporate trainer, university course tutor etc.)</li> <li>Three years experience in preparing educational material</li> <li>Excellent presentation &amp; communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in English &amp; Greek</li> <li>Ability to travel (for short periods of time)</li> </ul> <p>CENSUS provides:</p> <ul> <li>A <strong>collaborative</strong> work environment: you will be working among exceptional engineers, highly experienced in the field of Cybersecurity, that value teamwork and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>An <strong>efficient</strong> work environment: you will be provided with access to the necessary technology, training and resources in order to achieve your goals.
