Position: Event Staff for FIFA World Cup GamesLocation:Â Sound Transit Stations
Position Type:Â Temporary Employee
Shifts: Will be 6-8 hours shifts and shift times will depend on game start time.

As Event Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers using parking facilities during events. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with payment inquiries, managing challenging customer interactions, and facilitating the parking process. Your commitment to exceptional service will guide your actions as you address customer concerns within the established site policies. You will engage with customers during entry and exit procedures and accurately document passes issued in the logbook. Additionally, you will contribute to operational efficiency by preparing shift reports and sorting tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers who are unsure of how to pay for their parkingÂ
- Dealing with irate customers and solving issues to the best of their ability within the policy and framework set out for the site (Service is priority)Â
- Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parkingÂ
- Identify and report parking equipment deficiencies and safety concerns to direct supervisorÂ
- Litter pick up and now shoveling/salting (as required)Â
- Other duties assignedÂ
- Responsible for maintaining and operating equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property manager during their shiftÂ
- Interacts face to face with our customersÂ
- Must ensure that the site at which the individual is working is kept clean, neat, and free of any obstacles in accordance with the requirements of that siteÂ
- Control of all tools and equipment required to perform his/her dutiesÂ
- Must be organizedÂ
- Make suggestions and recommendations relating to the way various jobs are performedÂ
- Consults with his/her supervisor or manager regarding items of relevance to the parking operationÂ
- Each employee is required to log all the issues/events in the log book, and bring them to the attention of his/her direct supervisorÂ
- In problem situations, in order to achieve a resolution through his dealings, with the customers and his/her supervisors or managerÂ
- Act as a front line employee which is considered an extremely important function of this positionÂ
- Uniforms with company logo or crest must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner. Appearance is representative of the companyÂ
- Responsible for prioritization of various jobs with his/her supervisors/managerÂ
- Responsible for tracking levels of stocks as well as suppliesÂ
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong command of the English language be friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and be able to communicate effectivelyÂ
- High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Customer Service Experience requiredÂ
- Parking related ExperienceÂ
