About the role

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Logistics Analyst to join our SodaStream Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering best-in-class service to key retail customers by ensuring seamless execution across the order-to-delivery process. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Sales and 3PL partners. The ideal candidate is action oriented, results focused, and with the ability to collaborate both internally and externally while making recommendations to improve service and performance while reducing cost with this critical customer base in the North American business. 

 

This role is based in Purchase, NY or Pennsauken, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfilment lifecycle from order entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance for key Pure Play and Mass Chain retailer accounts (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Kohls, Staples, etc.) representing $130MM GSV
  • Serve as the Day-to-Day Supply Chain liaison (single point of contact) between Customer Accounts, SodaStream Sales team, and NA Supply Chain team (planning/logistics/VAS/order management) on key strategic projects/initiatives and supporting analytics that drive the supply chain service agenda
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot order life cycle issues (e.g. transport, order flow, financial, integration, routing, etc.)
  • Develop strong working relationships across a broad span of cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally to SodaStream to include: Local sales, Marketing, Finance, Local Supply Chain, and global team
  • Apply consistent standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Teams to support promotions, new product launches, and seasonal demand spikes
  • Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, supply and demand planning teams to proactively manage constraints and mitigate disruptions. Coordinate efforts with Supply Chain Planning Teams to ensure updated and accurate forecasts to increase fill rates and minimize OOS on assigned customers supporting the enablement of a traditional IBP process.
  • Support and lead weekly internal and external cross-functional meetings focusing on delivering key service metrics that support the overall customer business such as Fill Rate, On Time Delivery and order cycle time.
  • Enhance and evolve our standard communication venues, both internally to cross functional teams and externally with assigned customer contacts through effective creation of customer scorecards
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for cost savings or service improvement
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements including EDI transactions, routing guides, delivery windows, labeling, EDI/API, retailer scorecards, etc.
  • Ownership of customer Chargebacks/Fines & Fees process end-to-end including reporting, analytics, disputing invalid fines, proactively identifying ways to mitigate future charges, partnering with our technology team to design novel solutions to both dispute and avoid charges
  • Participate in Supply Chain Team projects that drive initiatives to improve efficiency, cost-to-serve, and service performance for your customer accounts

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations or related field required
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in distribution/logistics and/or business process/systems analysis.
  • Experience with distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, supply planning and inventory management preferred particularly working for or with Amazon
  • Broad and detailed knowledge of the business processes used in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in Project Management, and RFP/RFQ’s an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Advanced Excel, P
