Project Manager Job Summary:
Lead our partners through each program with speed, clarity, and confidence, consistently setting and exceeding expectations. Drive strong cross-team collaboration to ensure every detail is aligned and understood. Proactively anticipate, address, and resolve partner and associate needs with urgency and positivity. Above all, deliver an experience that turns every partner into a proud, referenceable advocate.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee daily activities of approximately 50 programs at various stages.
- Manage the quality and validity of all program components during the life cycle of our projects.
- Maintain specifications for all programs to ensure the project format meets client and PCI expectations.
- Partner with other groups to meet client requirements and contractual obligations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiencies.
- Ensure we are providing a WOW experience to our clients and to our colleagues
- Transparently and helpfully share information with team members, colleagues, and partners, fostering an environment of learning and trust.
- Utilize available tools and resources to fully organize and amplify personal and program performance.
- Clearly communicate program specifications to all PCI teams and to our partners.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of team documentation.

Requirements
Requirements for Project Manager
- This position is remote; however, the employee must reside permanently in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA.
- Minimum 1 year of total work history.
- Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized.
- Must complete a background check within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
- Must complete a reference check (3 professional references needed).
- This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Minimum education preferred for the position:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Technical Requirements:
- Must have a stable Internet Connection.
- Desktop Equipment provided.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities preferred for the position:
- Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
