Job Description:

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (Weekends? That’s pit lane time)

Pay Type:  Flat Rate - Based on horsepower (a.k.a. skill)

Pay Range: $40 - $65 per flat rate hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Your job is simple: Fix what others can’t. Diagnose what others miss. Be the difference.

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance and regular service with precision and efficiency

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and recommend
  accurate repairs or replacements

• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet dealership, group, and manufacturer performance goals

• Repair or replace faulty components while maintaining
  productivity and delivering top-notch service

• Crush dealership and OEM benchmarks with a team of true pros

WHAT MAKES YOU LEGENDARY:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years turning wrenches in a dealership or high-level shop

• Master Certification -(Ford/Subaru/Hyundai/Mazda is a major plus)

• A complete, professional-grade toolset

• Drive, independence, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
