Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Critical Infrastructure and Technology Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA

This position requires an ability to obtain security clearance and polygraph.  We will help guide you through the process and be by your side with every step.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers. Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  A final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph post-start is required.

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• 4+ years’ experience leading technical teams

• 4+ years’ experience with engineering fundamentals such as material properties, free-body diagrams, structural loads and analysis methods

• Engineering degree from ABET accredited institution
 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph
• Experience developing/implementing SCADA or ICS systems
• Experience establishing or running critical infrastructure engineering programs
• Degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• FE or Professional Engineer license in the state of Virginia
• Customer facing experience as a contractor or consultant 
• Certification from the Uptime Institute as an Accredited Tier Designer, Tier Specialist, or Operations Specialist

• Current certification or the ability to obtain a recognized IT Information Assurance (DOD 8570.1) certification within 6 months after hire.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $135,000 - $170,000
