The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc. (BACB®) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to provide professional credentialing services for practitioners of behavior analysis services. Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the Denver metro labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the education and experience requirements. 


  • The annual salary for this position is $77,000

Position Summary

Primary responsibilities include the technical support and maintenance of the corporate website and communication platforms. Requires the ability to handle complex project planning, design, and analysis and seamlessly switch between self-directed work and collaborative projects while meeting tight deadlines. Should expect 20% of workload to be web development, 50% to be web content management, 20% to be systems support, and 10% to be other.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain responsive, mobile-first web page designs, content updates, prototypes, information architecture, and site navigation for all websites.
  • Develop and maintain quality control and testing processes and standards (e.g., test across browsers, platforms, and screen sizes/orientations).
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and content stakeholders to proofread content and create/manage digital media assets for web distribution.
  • Adhere to and maintain the brand standards of the organization and the creative direction set by the Marketing and Communications Director.
  • Develop tools and train staff to aid in the management of the website and other systems.
  • Follow best practices and standards to enhance user experience, SEO, and content accessibility.
  • Perform content audits, track, and remove outdated/expired content, analyze and report site metrics.
  • Maintain the Mass Email Service online system, assisting with Mass Email, documentation, audits, and updating systems when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
