Seasonal Pool Receptionist - Park MGM

THE JOB: 

The Park MGM Pool Receptionist prioritizes guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service while undertaking a range of clerical and administrative responsibilities.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $14.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate staff or department
• Address general email inquiries from guests and staff promptly
• Coordinate scheduling for conference calls and office meetings
• Manage maintenance and repairs for office equipment as required
• Collaborate closely with various departmental teams as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming environment for arriving guests
• Report guest concerns, equipment needs, or supply shortages to management promptly

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous guest services experience in a similar resort setting
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines
• Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
