Job Summary
Cynosure Lutronic is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our growing legal team. The Corporate Counsel will work cross-functionally to support Cynosure Lutronic’s expanding commercial and corporate functions. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading internal teams on transactions, engaging with internal and external executives, and making agile, business-minded decisions that align with company policies, strategy, and standards. This role will also play an important part in developing and enhancing Cynosure Lutronic’s legal and compliance practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform additional related activities as reasonably required by business needs, including but not limited to:
• Negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, including consulting, development, distribution, clinical trial, software license, service, and sales agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance impacting the company’s compliance program, including federal and state regulations.
• Participate as a member of the marketing review committee to review physician- and patient-facing materials across all media, including digital advertising.
• Manage informal disputes and litigation matters in collaboration with outside counsel.
• Provide compliance and risk management support to the field sales organization.
• Advise business teams on compliance topics, including on-label promotion, privacy and social media, and advertising regulations.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel on a wide range of employment matters to HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders on employment matters, including hiring, employee benefits, performance management, employee relations, mobility, internal investigations, Immigration, rewards, terminations, independent contractor classification and wage and hour issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues arising from daily business operations.
