Production Operator

Robert Bosch Fuel Systems, LLC, located in Kentwood, MI, is a precision metal machining manufacturing and assembly plant that manufactures and re-manufacturers large engine diesel fuel systems.

 

Job Description

 

• Run various production machines, final assembly, sort parts, tear down, wash parts, etc. in accordance with process control documentation and perform various other duties as directed by management.  Record daily production and perform on-line SPC charting as required.
• Work shifts are 8 hour/day with a 15 min break and 30 min lunch (voluntary overtime up to 4 hour/day).
• Current openings are for 2nd and 3rd shift.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability to work any shift and some overtime (including Saturdays)
• Basic math, reading and computer skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• 1+ year of experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Quality conscious
• Communication skills to proficiently read, write, and verbally communicate in English
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds up to 20 times/hour.
