Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Innovation Management Project Engineer. In this role, you will manage baseline budget, schedule, and scope for a complex investment portfolio. Drive planning and execution across Cross functional Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements and satisfy customer needs. Partner with Sustainment Capability Delivery System Directorates to align and prioritize investments with strategic objectives and customer needs. Provide PM guidance to the portfolio investment teams to support planning and execution. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of estimating, Validating, and Measuring ROI of Investments. Monitor portfolio performance to include labor reporting and vendor invoicing. Collaborate with Sustainment Finance on forecasting and performance reporting. Manage/Mitigate portfolio risk, opportunities, and facilitate PO process. Report portfolio performance at all leadership levels.
Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline
• Project management experience
• Experience in Earned Valued Management, metrics or process management
Desired skills
• Investment Business Case and/or ROI Experience
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Experience in Data Analytics and Process/Workflow Automation
