The Delivery Tech Lead, VP is positioned as a critical leader responsible for the entire lifecycle of application systems, from analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support. The role emphasizes driving system enhancements, deploying new products, and improving processes to meet business goals.

  • Resolves high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.

• Technical Leadership & Architecture Adherence:

  • Provides expertise in applications programming, ensuring designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint.

  • Develops standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, based on advanced knowledge of system flow.

  • Develops comprehensive knowledge of how areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals.

• Analytical & Innovation Focus:

  • Conducts in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.

• Mentorship & Team Development:

  • Acts as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts, including work allocation.

• Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Assesses risk in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets (specifically Citigroup's), and ensures compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Adheres to policy, applies sound ethical judgment, and transparently manages and reports control issues.
