Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive Oracle Health’s AI Framework & Platform development while shaping our interoperability and semantic data platform strategy. This M5 role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in building intelligent, agentic platforms in healthcare and a passion for driving industry standards and responsible AI adoption.
This individual will play a key leadership role at the intersection of AI, semantic data, and interoperability — directly influencing product strategy, regulatory engagement, and platform architecture. They will also lead a team of five highly skilled AI product managers working across clinical, operational, and semantic AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
· AI Framework Leadership
o Own the strategy and execution of Oracle Health’s AI Agent Framework, enabling reusable services like note generation, coding, order suggestions, and care recommendations.
o Guide the development and governance of LLM-based agentic workflows integrated into Oracle’s next-generation EHR.
o Oversee the roadmap for common agent orchestration, reuse, and context-awareness powered by semantic data.
· Interoperability and Semantic Platform Strategy
o Define and evolve the semantic data layer that underpins Oracle’s clinical and operational applications.
o Leverage deep interoperability expertise (FHIR, federated learning, health information exchange QHIN) to construct a scalable, standards-aligned semantic ingestion and indexing layer.
o Shape the design and utilization of a healthcare-specific semantic knowledge graph, integrating clinical ontologies, lab data, patient communications, and longitudinal health records.
o Ensure the platform enables dynamic care planning and AI model explainability through rich, structured semantic context.
· Industry and Regulatory Engagement
o Represent Oracle Health in AI regulatory discussions, standards development organizations (e.g., HL7, ONC, FDA), and public-private partnerships focused on safe and effective use of AI in healthcare.
o Lead Oracle’s involvement in evolving industry practices for AI transparency, model governance, and clinical safety validation.
· Cross-Functional Product Leadership
o Collaborate across engineering, policy, UX, and clinical strategy teams to deliver aligned platform capabilities.
o Guide product managers in defining and building AI services that are interoperable, scalable, and grounded in clinical context.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 12+ years in healthcare technology, including leadership roles in platform, AI, or interoperability domains.
· Proven experience building or managing health-specific semantic knowledge graphs and data platforms (e.g., federated learning, FHIR APIs, clinical ontologies).
· Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standard-setting bodies in healthcare AI and data exchange.
· Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance product teams and deliver platform capabilities across complex stakeholder environments.
· JD, MPH, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
