The Patient Relations Clinical Specialist will be responsible for:

• Receiving, tracking, responding to and facilitating resolution of patient/family questions, complaints and concerns.
• Interpreting and advising on hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical and support teams
• Provides assistance and consultation to hospital staff in resolving difficult situations.
• Four days/week.  On-site to start/orientation, then partially remote.

To qualify, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work preferred.
• A current license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice as a Registered Nurse or a Social Worker preferred.
• 5 years of healthcare experience; previous experience in Patient Relations preferred.
• Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
