Senior Associate - Sr. Full Stack AI Engineer

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI-powered applications. This role combines technical leadership, AI/ML innovation, and full-stack development expertise to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

The Sr. Full Stack AI Engineer will drive product development from concept to implementation, translating complex and ambiguous business needs into technical solutions. You will work across agentic AI, Generative AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and full-stack engineering to create intelligent, autonomous systems.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of AI research, applied engineering, and enterprise-scale system design.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Leadership & Development
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end AI-powered applications integrating ML models, APIs, and user interfaces.
  • Lead development initiatives from concept through successful production deployment.
  • Build scalable, high-performance systems leveraging cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI frameworks and protocols into enterprise use cases.
  • Design and implement MCP-compliant systems for model interoperability and orchestration.
• AI Innovation & Strategy
  • Analyze ambiguous business problems and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Develop autonomous agent workflows for complex multi-step tasks and decision-making.
  • Benchmark and evaluate Generative AI models for enterprise applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate AI concepts, demonstrating business value.
  • Design agentic systems with planning, execution, and reflection capabilities.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns on AI and full-stack development best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Data & Analytics
  • Develop advanced data pipelines, queries, and analytics workflows.
  • Implement agentic data analysis systems that autonomously discover insights.
  • Leverage MCP for efficient integration of diverse data sources and multi-model analytics.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations that highlight trends and support decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML systems.
• 3+ years of direct experience in AI/ML application development and deployment.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Django, Flask).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Expertise with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

Preferred / Desired Skills

• Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Practical experience implementing MCP standards and building interoperable AI systems.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Knowledge of real-time AI systems and streaming inference (Kafka, Redis Streams).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business value delivery.
• Passion for staying current with AI/ML advancements and applying them to enterprise-scale challenges.

Salary Range: $121,000-$172,500<
