We’re growing and we are looking to add a Product Manager to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Product team.

This is your opportunity to be an instrumental member of the Product team, establishing how Jungle Scout becomes an indispensable partner for established eCommerce sellers around the world.  

Your work will impact the future of eCommerce brand analytics, from feature definition, to launch and adoption by end-users. Your success will be measured against key performance indicators, including user satisfaction, revenue, and engagement.

In this role, you will:

• Understand our Customers. Build a deep understanding of our users’ needs and anticipate market developments by conducting market and customer research. Understand and communicate user stories for current and future products based on the market’s problems.
• Lead. Provide clear direction, define success and enable your engineering partners to do their best work. Make product decisions while weighing feedback you've gathered from your engineers & stakeholders against business and customer needs, have technical discussions, and own the impact of these changes. 
• Collaborate. Continually communicate and collaborate with multiple departments (Finance, Marketing, Engineering, & Customer Success), globally, when making product decisions. Work with product, platform, and data teams to ship new, impactful capabilities.  
• Define the roadmap. Understand the strategy and create the plan that will allow your customers to win!

You will excel in this role, if:

• You are an eCommerce expert. Whether on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms, you understand the ins and outs of eCommerce and are passionate about building tools to empower others to succeed.
• This isn’t your first rodeo! You have been in the Product Management (end-to-end product delivery) scene for some time and have experience with eCommerce use cases. SaaS experience is a plus!
• You are a problem-solver. You think outside the box to develop new innovative solutions to solve customer pain points. You see opportunities where others see challenges.
• You are empathetic. You excel in active listening and relating to customers while conducting research.
• You are hardworking & driven. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you’re ready to take ownership of a complex, growing product.
• You are entrepreneurial and scrappy. You have learned through experience how to build something from nothing, overcome obstacles, and make the most of precious resources. You focus on the highest-value initiatives and on achieving maximum return on investment.
